Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to enroll.

Enrollment in a cohort is confirmed only after payment is verified by our payment provider. Seats are limited and allocated in order of confirmed payment.

Prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may change between cohorts; the price shown at checkout for your cohort is the price you pay.

If you withdraw at least 7 days before your cohort starts, you may request a full refund or a free transfer to a later cohort. Withdrawals after the cohort begins are eligible for a partial refund within the first week, less a processing fee. No refunds are available after the first week of the program.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Approved refunds are recorded and typically arrive within 10 working days.

Nova is a professional learning environment. We may suspend or remove students who harass others, plagiarise work, share program materials without permission, or otherwise disrupt the learning experience — without refund in serious cases.

Program materials (curricula, labs, slides, recordings) are Nova's intellectual property, licensed to enrolled students for personal learning. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them. Work you create during a program is yours.

We work hard to make our training excellent, but we do not guarantee employment outcomes. Career results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and the job market.

The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected program.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
